Jeff earned his B.A. in English at the University of California, Riverside, where he graduated cum laude and was included on the Chancellor’s Honor List.

He earned his J.D. at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was named to the Dean’s List and the St. Thomas More Law Honors Society and served as Articles Editor for the Loyola Law Review.
